HOW THEY WORK

My lures feature a proprietary patent-pending design with a flexible internal harness that provides both strength and adaptability. When a fish bites, the internal harness is designed to bend and conform rather than resist, helping maintain natural movement and reducing leverage that could throw the hook. After landing a fish, the harness can easily be bent back into the original straight position, allowing the lure to retain its proper action and extend its usable life.

SINK RATE COMPARISON

These videos demonstrate the two sink rate options I offer: a standard sink for versatile depth coverage and a slower “Texas Edition” designed to stay just below the surface. The standard version is shown with both Mustad KVD hooks and a lighter Gamakatsu option for an even slower fall. All tests are done in freshwater, so actual sink rates may vary slightly depending on your local salinity.

STANDARD SINK

Standard edition sink rate with the provided size 4 Mustad KVD hooks. This is my go-to for all of our waters here up to 12 feet in Coastal North Carolina.

STANDARD SINK

HOOK SWAP

A Standard Edition sink rate, but swapped for the size 4 Gamakatsu #330408 – a lighter hook recommended for a slower sink rate.

TEXAS EDITION

"Texas Edition” is the slowest sink rate, designed at the request of Texas wade fisherman who fish in shallow water and needed something that barely sinks below the surface.
